- Luxury Spa Bath $25. We have a wonderful, new bathing system that will get your buddy squeaky clean! (Special: add a nail trim for just $10 more!)
- Nature Walk! Just $12 for a 15 minute stroll w/ one of our kennel buddies to enjoy the beautiful outdoors!

GENERAL TERMS: Marie's Bed and Biscuit dba Daisy's Pet Retreat will exercise reasonable care for the safety of your pet and to keep the boarding premises safe and secure. Marie's Bed and Biscuit dba Daisy's Pet Retreat's liability for any boarded pet will not exceed $25. Pet owner is solely responsible for any property damage or bodily injury inflicted by the boarded animal. Marie's Bed and Biscuit dba Daisy's Pet Retreat cannot guarantee against accidents. We will not be liable for loss or damages to pet’s belongings.*

VACCINATIONS/HEALTH: All animals must be current on vaccines for Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella (kennel cough). Please note that we require Bordetella EVERY SIX MONTHS. The owner must provide to Marie's Bed and Biscuit dba Daisy's Pet Retreat the veterinarian records on paper for these vaccines at least 48 hours prior to boarding. (Records may be faxed to 517-541-9519). All animals accepted for boarding must be of free of fleas and ticks; Owner will be charged a $50 fee for any animal that is dropped off with parasites. Owner hereby represents that this pet has not been exposed to Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, or Parvo within the last 30 days. *

BOARDING REQUIREMENTS: Pets are to be dropped off with nylon or leather collars (choke collars or harnesses must be removed.) Pets are fed once daily; additional feedings will be charged out at $2 per feeding. Owners are to provide usual food and treats. Dry food is best in large, labeled Ziplock bags. Canned food will be given upon request at a cost of $2 per serving (owner must provide). If pet is trained to use training pads, these must be provided by owners. A $3 per day cleaning charge will be assessed for pets who use pads. Owners may also bring treats, toys and bedding. All items brought in must be labeled with your pet’s name. PLEASE do not bring your pet’s dishes. *

MEDICATION & TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION: Prescription medications must be provided in the original container with the veterinarian’s instructions. It will be administered as prescribed for a charge of $2 per day charge. Over-the-counter meds may be given at a $2 per day charge. Marie's Bed and Biscuit dba Daisy's Pet Retreat is authorized by the owner to seek veterinary advice and care, including but not limited to emergency care, at their discretion and at the owner’s sole expense. Marie's Bed and Biscuit dba Daisy's Pet Retreat will attempt to contact the owner before obtaining this care if possible, but this document serves as full authorization to obtain veterinary care for the pet at the owner’s expense, whether or not owner has been contacted. *

PAYMENT TERMS: Owner agrees to pay current boarding price (as listed on website) and for all specialty services in advance. No cash refunds will be issued for any reason; boarding credit (valid for one year from issue) will be issued for cancellations with 24-hour notice, with the exception of holidays and peak season (May-August). No credit will be issued for early returns or late departures. Access to pet will be denied and pet will not be released until all charges are paid in full. *

I understand that I will be charged a NIGHTLY RATE for boarding. I also understand that I must pay all fees in advance, and that I may not post date a check. If, for some reason I must cancel my reservation, I understand and agree that I will receive credit for the days that have been paid for, which may be used for up to one year following (with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation).*
